The 3, 6, 9, Method

The 3·6·9 method is a focused practice of repetition and alignment. By writing the same intention three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times in the evening, you train the mind and energetic field to hold a single, coherent signal. This method works through obedience to the process rather than force, building trust, patience, and consistency while imprinting the intention into the subconscious.
Bonus for those with a Healy. While not required, I will teach how to make individual cards for each number and when to run. I will also use my own healy to run frequencies in eveyones energetic field during classes.
